When physical ordering opens
The product page and checkout will state the delivery area, available method, estimated dispatch time, delivery estimate and charges before payment. Perishable produce, equipment and made-to-order items may have different fulfilment windows.
Address and delivery checks
The customer is responsible for providing a complete serviceable delivery address and contact details. We may contact the customer when an address, access window or cold-chain handoff needs confirmation.
Delays and damage
Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delay is caused by weather, carrier disruption, access restrictions or events outside reasonable control. Report damage, temperature concerns or a missing delivery promptly to hello@blueleaves.farm with the order reference and photographs where relevant.
Services and digital access
Services, subscriptions or digital access are delivered electronically or on the schedule shown at checkout and do not incur shipping charges unless an accompanying physical item is expressly included.
