This policy explains what information Blueleaves may receive through this website and connected services, why it is used, and how to request access or deletion.
Who this covers
This policy applies to blueleaves.farm and services operated under the Blueleaves brand. External destinations, including Ecolabs and the Partner Portal, may publish their own privacy terms.
Information we receive
- Information you choose to send by email, such as your name, address, organisation and message.
- Basic technical records produced by our hosting and security providers, such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp.
- Transaction, billing and fulfilment details if a paid service is introduced. Payment instrument credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Blueleaves.
- Account identifiers and permissions you approve if you connect a third-party service such as Meta in the future.
How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, operate and secure the website, provide a requested service, administer partnerships, fulfil transactions, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and measurement
The public site does not currently require an advertising cookie to function. Hosting, security or a future integration may use essential storage or produce technical logs. If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before use.
Service providers and transfers
Information may be processed by providers that support hosting, email, security, payments or an integration you request. We limit disclosure to what is reasonably necessary and require providers to handle information under their own legal and security obligations. Some providers may process information outside your state or country.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, legal obligations, dispute resolution and security. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by emailing hello@blueleaves.farm. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. Some records may be retained where law, fraud prevention, accounting or dispute obligations require it.
