We welcome good-faith reports that help protect Blueleaves, its partners and users. This process covers public Blueleaves web properties and services operated by Blueleaves Farms Private Limited.
How to report
Email hello@blueleaves.farm with the subject “Security report”. Include the affected URL or product, a clear description, reproducible steps and the potential impact. Do not include sensitive personal data that is unnecessary to demonstrate the issue.
Good-faith research
- Avoid accessing, changing, downloading or deleting data that is not yours.
- Do not disrupt availability, send spam, use social engineering or test physical systems.
- Stop when you have enough evidence to explain the issue.
- Allow us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address a validated issue before public disclosure.
Our response
We will acknowledge a credible report, assess its scope and communicate next steps where practical. This page does not create a bug-bounty programme or promise compensation. Decisions about recognition or rewards are made case by case.
