You can ask Blueleaves Farms Private Limited to delete personal information associated with an enquiry, account or connected service, including a Meta-connected Blueleaves service.
Request by email
- Email hello@blueleaves.farm with the subject “Data deletion request”.
- State the service used and the email address or account identifier associated with it. Do not send a password, card number or government identity document unless we specifically explain a secure verification need.
- We will acknowledge the request, verify it where reasonably necessary, and complete or explain the outcome within 30 days, subject to applicable law.
Disconnect Meta access
You may also remove a connected Blueleaves business integration from your Facebook or Instagram account settings. This stops future authorised access but may not by itself erase information already provided; use the email request above for deletion from Blueleaves systems.
What may be retained
We may retain a minimal record where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims, security or proof that a deletion request was completed. Retained information will remain restricted to that purpose and will not be used for marketing.
Confirmation
When the request is complete, we will send confirmation to the verified contact address. If we cannot locate data or cannot delete a legally required record, we will explain that result.
